Jono — I respect that this is your blog, but how did this end up in the Ubuntu planet? I was under the impression that the planet entries were controlled by blog/journal entry tags.

Well, it sounds like a good idea, i hope it actually changes something.
personally im completely sick of big-budget companies and pressure groups having a chokehold on government, either in the US or in the UK or around the world. lets hope this guy gets the support he needs.
