IMO, You should change the title. submit photos of your girls? Can’t we assume that some women linux user might exist? Specially when we are talking about Ubuntu women.

ssh, you’re missing the point with a fairly wide berth here, which you should have figured had you followed through to read the announcement.
The competition is timed to coincide with “World Play Day”, a day for encouraging children to grow through play.
The aim is gathering illustrative material to encourage girls from a young age to take an interest in computing, rather than following the stereotyped influences that encourage otherwise.
It is all about girls, in the true sense of the term.
